Airbnb asked us to adapt their social content for Facebook and Twitter, so that it worked across five very different markets; Spain, Italy, Russia, France, and Germany.
We explored everything – the brand’s playful tone of voice, its history, and how each target audience might respond. We introduced brand guardians, created a glossary of language and adapted the Airbnb tone of voice so it would appeal to each of the five markets.
Our integration with their CMS became so efficient we could read an article, or post as it was being produced, adapt it into 5 languages — and have it back to them in under 4 hours.
